    problem with chest development

    the problem is my chest doesnt seem to be growing in the middle. the outer parts of my chest are ok but it is realy flat in the middle. a good way to describe it would be like a ball or summat has smecked me in the sternum and pushed the middle part of my chest back.
    is there any exercises you can suggest to fill the middle of my chest out ?

    High & Low Cable Crossovers
    Bench Press (close grip)
    Dumbbell Flyes (squeeze chest hard to feel full effect)

    Dips did a lot for me...really gives good formation and curvation in the center...
