Cardio after workout
My question is, if after a workout i was going to do cardio would it be better to take my PWO shake before i start it? I know there is a time window after training for your PWO shake and i didnt want it to be to late once i finished the cardio.
Cardio is 30min session.
Your help would be great.

cardio then take your PWO shake.
your "anabolic window" won't close in 30 min, my man.

Although you can add in some BCAAs between the two. Keeps you from going catabolic without adding extra glycogen to the system which is how I roll these days. I take in 8grams of EAA and 12 grams BCAA immediatly postworkout then do cardio for 30 mins then drink my shake as soon as I can get my body temp down enough not to throw it up.
