    chest workouts

    what would be some good chest work outs using free weights, I already
    Bench
    incline bench
    curl
    and some other work outs i dont no the name, I am currently trying to get some mass and bulk up, Just to throw that out there if interested. im trying to get from 150lbs to 175lbs and even more is better. naturally.

    Do you SQUAT? Or just the biceps and chest kinda guy? More stats too please, age, height, years training, diet and goals (bulking or cutting.) Thanks

    yea man more stats.... stick to compound excersices squats, deadlifts, bench.... take your shoes off look around the site man there are some really smart brother men on here you'll learn a lot

    Age 21
    height 5 foot 9 inches
    weight 152 pounds
    training 3 years on and off, never really commited like i should have.
    my diet is probably bad I eat healthy and non healthy foods, I drink 3 whey protein shacks aday and some vitamins, I need to up my calories.
    my goals are to bulk up and gain some mass. I am pretty cutt out now, I always work on my arms just my arms and shoulders look bigger then the rest of my upper body.

    I dont want to be huge but i want to weigh around 175 to 190.

    your not going to be huge without doing ur legs! you have to squat to grow man. Also you MUST hit back to grow. Do some searching, you'll find great things. You wanna grow, you MUST hit legs!
