Do i even need cardio for cutting?
Basically i'm wondering if I even need cardio for cutting fat. I take it cardio while cutting is to burn calaries?
Well, i work in construction. never sit down. Constantly moving with 50+ lbs and most of the time 75+ pounds. I imagine i burn tons of calaries that way.
Just wondering if there is another reason you use cardio to cut fat.

early morning cardio on an empty stomach will only speed up the cutting process, as well as keeping your heart healthy.
How long have you been doing the construction thing?

I'd say yes still do cardio because i have some friends who also do construction but are fat as hell so just my opinion
