These 2 seem to be xtrmly close in pprinciples. Ive seen sample workouts for both, n they are almost identical....working muscles 2 or even in some cases 3 times a week, now that i think about it the sample workout tht uses everymuslce 3 times a week is exactly like DC training, intresting......
