    Difference b/w freeweight chest workouts and reg bench workouts?

    What are the type of results you get from doing freewieght chest opposed to reg bench?

    if you mean free weight as in dumbell press, you will get a more defined chest, like the ripples inbetween your two pecs, works more of your stabalizer muscles and it always gets me over a plateau on bench when i start doing dumbell press again.

    Yeah because i've noticed when i was doing dumbell press in between my pecs was getting pretty cut, but i need to get my lower and middle chest more because it looks like i have boobs b/c i still have some fat there and the more i work out the bigger my chest gets, but the fat stays.

    diet is most important for that also decline bench for lower and outter pecs
    or do what the rock did lypo suction
