    Unhappy What am I doing wrong?

    Hey guys I was at the gym today doing squats and when up weight. I put on two more plates and was just fucking my neck/shoulders up! The weight was kicking my ass! But it was still ok weight to squat! Am I putting it in the wrong place or am I just dumb or what? Is there anything I can do to fix this besides grow some bigger balls?

    The actual bar was hurting? You need to buy a pad for it. You can get it anywhere....wallmart even has them

    also can lower the bar on your back and rest it on traps/scapula and keep it off neck

    yeah, i find this little place between where it hits on my shoulders and the place where it hurts my neck. the bones sort of keep it in place there and it works out for me.
