    Cardio and the BIKE!

I've recently switched from cutting and doing 35minutes incline walk at a good clip, no handles, first thing in the morning to.......

A steeper incline walk 15%, 4mph faster clip and holding on to the rails for 20 minutes then the bike for an additional 20 minutes......3-4 times a week....to keep fat and water down...........amazingly, I sweat more on the bike than on the treadmill....if you pump the intensity, the bike is the only piece of cardio u needs....Plus it's easy on the joints, and leg size...........I might just go 45 minutes bike........anone else use it?
