    sore back

    i just stated doing squats , third week doing them now , is it normal to have a sore lower back a day to two days after doing squats . is it my body just getting use to the motion or can i be hurting my back ? thanks for help .

    I dont think you should have a sore lower back,i never have,maybe you are leaning foward a little and putting stress onto the lumbar region

    i usually have a little tension the next day. no real soreness just make sure youre not rounding your back.

    It would check your squat technique. It sounds like you might be rounding your lower back during the exercise. This is very common with deadlifts. Have a partner check your form or try to get a side view in a mirror.
