    Exclamation help with getting cut

    Hey Everyone I Was Wondering If Anyone Can Help Me Out... I Have More Of A Bulky Body And Yea I Want To Keep The Mass.... Whats The Best Thing To Do To Get Cut???

    45 mins cardio at 65% MHR, 3 times per week on the treadmill or elliptical trainer, and MOST important of all a clean diet. Check the sticky diet thread, which is probably the link stocky provided.

    Hey, how much more of an effort is it to put a capital at the beginning of each word, dude? If you did that in the real world you would get nowhere...
