deadlift (thur only + 2 set lunges)
    chinups/pullups
    bent over-rows
    cardio 30 min

    TUE/FRI
    benchpress
    clean jerks
    incline press
    shoulder press
    skull crushers
    abs

    Think its enought ?

How have you worked this program out?

what will your sets, reps, volume be.

Is this similar to the H.I.T approach?

I've been doing full body routines for last 4 years. For me,it's the only way to go. Currently train 3x per week. Your routine doesnt look bad, however u have 3 copoun pressing movements on the same day 2x per week. Too much. Also, I would squat 2x per week.

And yeah details on sets and reps would be good. Definitely, by changing things around you wold have a solid 3 day a week full body program.

Well the dead's and squats are splits, squat mon, dead's thur. I am going to go 8-6 mon/thur , then tue/fri 10-12. Then switch for the following week.

I am going to start something similar to this except I will be doing legs/shoulders on their own day. When I tried doing shoulders and chest on the same day, one of the two would suffer for me anyhow.

This is something new that I am trying. I can only work legs only once a week. They take forever to recover. I also started a cycle a few weeks back.

All excercises I will do 3 sets. 2 will be 6-10 reps and the last will be 1-5 reps. I do 2 light warmup sets for each muscle group.

    Chest: Mon/Fri
    Incline Bench
    Dips
    Close Grip Bench
    Pulley Pushdowns
    Pushups

    Back: Tues/Sat
    Lat Pulls
    Bent Over BB Rows
    Deads
    Ez Bar Curls
    Hammer curls

    Legs/Shoulders: Weds
    Military Press
    Upright Rows
    Shrugs
    Squats
    Leg Press
    Leg Curls

    Thurs/Sun: OFf
