THE Best Workout Protocol Ever...
Well guys, this has been a hot topic around some boards for a while. I was wondering what you think about it for an on-cycle mass builder. It's a lot of compound movements, heavy weights, lower reps... the whole 9 yards. Take a look...

I just feel that on-cycle you could be in the gym a lot more than THREE days out of the week. I was thinking maybe do that Mon/Wed/Fri and Tue/Thurs do Triceps, Bi's and forearms. Or possible do Mon/Fri of the 5x5 and then Tues/Thurs with other stuff, maybe HIT or super-slow "heavy under tension" type work.
What do you think? I'd ideally like to make this into a large discussion with different opinions and other peoples' training methods. Let's see what happens...
