Its never enough
Question for everyone out there. Im doing my first cycle, ( a mass adding cycle ) in about a week. Its d bol and test e. I want to add as much mass as i can but still want to keep my body fat relatively low. How much cardio should i be doing on this cycle if any. ive heard people say leave all the cardio till ur cutting cycle but i dunno if i could go without running for 10 weeks. Lemme know, much appreciated

Do cardio to keep you heart fit as in fast running, fast bike ect. Don't do long periods of cardio that burn too many calories.
