how to cut the bottom of the shouloder to a V where it meets the bi?
hey bros what do u guys do to get the v cut or seperation of the bottom shoulder where it meets the bicep?so when your arm is down the line come back from the rear delt into the middle of thr long tri head and the other cut from the top of the bi to meeet the linon the tri.

Side lateral raises while laying on your side on an incline board. This exercise is great for your side delts because it isolates the muscle and does not involve the traps as a regular side lateral raise would. I saw this exercise in I believe a Muscle and Fitness, I think Nasser was doing it. Hope this helps.

Have to agree 100%. It's all about diet.
Although laterial raises will build nice shoulder laterial heads. But you'll also want good tri's and biceps too.

yea diet just like trying to bring out 6-pack, u could have strongest and biggest abs but if u have too much fat u wont see a thing

1)DIET
2)CARDIO
3= Side lateral raise's either INCLINE OR SEATED 12 reps nice and slow.
raise to the top hold for a count and return SLOWLY.
