Thread: Workout cycling...???

Wondering if ne one has ne good articels on worout cycling, like hig rep, then low rep, n time off. I read that book that NO2 gave out, n it says to workout 4 weeks high rep, 4 weeks low rep, then 4 weeks medium, then 2 FULL weeks off, then repeat. Wondering if ne one had ne different cycles, or good info on this??
