    Bulking...Advise please....

    Im not a newbie by any stretch of the imagination....but i can always see the advantage of seeking advise....

    Im looking to bulk, not cut, and at the moment im focusing mostly on compounds. Any tips anyone wants to throw in.

    Im also on deca 220 mg/sust 250 per week

    Day1:
    Squats 5setsx5reps
    Front Squats 5x8
    Hamstring curls 5x8
    Calf Raises 5x25

    Day 2:
    Bench Press 5x7
    Shoulder Press 5x6
    Dips 5x14

    Day 3:
    Deadlifts 10x3
    Lat Pulldown 5x8
    Rows 5x6
    Bicep Curls 5x8
    Preacher DB curls 5x12,10,8,6,4

    Day4: Rest

    Day 5:
    The Bear: 4x6
    Cleans 5x6
    One Arm Snatch 5x8

    Day 6: Rest

    Day 7: Go again

    I would switch days 3 and 5 around. This will give your upper body more recovery. I would add a triceps exercise after dips (why 14 reps for a bulker?) to create balance with the biceps.
    I see you have been following Renegade John Davies teachings with the Bear, etc.

    You could also, possibly, put deadlifts with your second leg day to create more balance and recovery.
