Trapped by my trap...
My left trap is larger than my right trap. But, my right arm is my dominant arm. Now, I have had this problem for a while, but have yet to solve it. The thing is, my left trap feels as if it is working out all day. No matter what I do, it is sore. How do I fix this, massage therapy, chiropractor...??? What do I do?

it ****ing sucks...it's like, at first I didn't care, but it gets worse and worse...To the point where I'll even try to perform all tasks with the right arm, while flexing my trap...I really want to even them out...

It might be that you are lifting to heavy and not using proper form/range of motion.
I had this issue last year and dropped the weight down a tad and really focused on my form and now my traps are back on track.
Don't sweat it....
