I am finishing up my cycle and need to get rid of my moon face, its like i have a double chin. How do i get rid of this? are there chin exercises i can do to get rid of this. I looked some up 6 months ago on a search engine but need some advice from this board. Thanks bro's
1) Fat loss
2) Water loss
There are no chin exercises, it means you have a double chin from too much fat or water, or both.

id say cardio
If your holding water from you cycle give it 3 weeks or so, it will go on its own,
And yes cardio, you cant spot reduce, fat will have to be burned from the hold body, ect,
