    back training

I have been powerlifting for roughly 7 weeks now and I am just in awe how big my back has gotten in such a short amount of time...im not trying to be concieted or anything but I'm just highly reccommending Kelso's shrug book, in which I do alot of my back training from to anyone wanting to make their backs huge or massive. Just tryin to help my AR brothas out

I dont see how your back would grow that much from maximum weight, minimal reps while only training bench, squat, and deadlift with some light supplementary work every so often.

I second Kelso's shrug book. I've known about it for years but only got a copy last year. Just goes through different varations one can train the traps. He's very good.

The Bench Shrug, Shrug Dip, Standing Shrug, Overhead Shrugs, Monkey Dips, Hise Shrug.

He takes an approach to an exercise, the "shrug" to a new level. It was absolutely amazing how performing such a simple exercise with high intensity can add pounds to all your lifts. Paul's book is a good read especially if you have lost your motivation in the gym or you think you have peaked on your lifts.
