what would it be....
SQUAT
DEADS
FLAT BENCH
BICEP CURL
SHOULDER PRESS
SKULLS
CLEANS

If it was one exercise, it would be squat deadlifts. That is, using the quads as much as possible whilst also using the back as much as possible. Ass close to the floor as you lift off.

Power clean and press. You get the benefits of a deadlift from the floor. Glute-ham-quad work, lower back stabilizing strength, upper back stabilizing strength, and forearm flexor work. where is the choice of hanging out at the smoothy bar and hitting on chicks?
Well It would be tough choice between deads (the lost art) and squats. Both of these work so many body parts but if I had to choose it would have to be deads.. I would just need skin graphs very often on my shins.

If I had to choose one exercise from the list, it would be power cleans. You get the strength benefits of the deadlift and the power requirements of the hang clean.
