If it was one exercise, it would be squat deadlifts. That is, using the quads as much as possible whilst also using the back as much as possible. Ass close to the floor as you lift off.

Power clean and press. You get the benefits of a deadlift from the floor. Glute-ham-quad work, lower back stabilizing strength, upper back stabilizing strength, and forearm flexor work. For those who participate in explosive sports, you get triple extension of the ankle, hip, and knee joints. For the press, you will strength the stabilizing strength of your core and strengthen your vertical pressing muscles (anterior, lateral delts, triceps, etc.).

That wasn't in the list to choose from but how you've put it there it sounds like a rival for the deadlift, with regards to multiple simultaneous joint movements and contraction of several powerful agonising/antagonising and stablising muscle groups.

I know. I just got creative and combined the clean and shoulder press to make a more well-rounded exercise .

Hit thread tools at the top, hit add poll. You can do it right now, even though the post has already been made.

where is the choice of hanging out at the smoothy bar and hitting on chicks?

Well It would be tough choice between deads (the lost art) and squats. Both of these work so many body parts but if I had to choose it would have to be deads.. I would just need skin graphs very often on my shins.

If I had to choose one exercise from the list, it would be power cleans. You get the strength benefits of the deadlift and the power requirements of the hang clean.
