    alternate incline

    whenever I do incline my wrists hurt its not a horrible pain it just seems like if I keep it up my wrist will be shot anyone got any tips?

    Yeah, go get some padded gloves with wrist wrap support. You need to keep your wrists straight to focus on the chest.

    which are you doin.... barbell or dumbbells? If your doin barbell, switch to dumbbells, they are better for bodybuilding anyway. If you are doin dumbbell, get some gloves that wrap the wrists, to keep them locked. also, if its a joint issue, try supplementing glucosamine for a few months, thats what my doc told me to do when my shoulder was goin bad from football, and it worked, just takes about a month to work.

    I agree with the padded gloves that have a wrist wrap built into the gloves.
