Close the GAP?!
Hi everyone new member here..
I suffer from having short Biceps..I mean there is a quite a gap from my joint to the beginning of my Bicep..
Is there any excercise which can amend this problem..or have I got just Bad genetics!!
I've heard Preacher Curls can help??
Any advice please thanks..:unsure:

Make sure you allways do full range of motion....

Full range and preacher and hammer curls, but you can't really change the shape of a muscle, just work lower area bit hard.

Welcome to the board. eye_candy hit it. I do hammers for that since preachers screw with my forearm splints

bad genes bro. as for using the preacher curl to stretch the muscle..i have my doubts.
