    Calves are an interesting muscle group, they remind me alot of Abs in the aspect that you can beat the shit outa them wait 3 minutes and feel fresh again.
    The only issue i see is possible shin splints, i fight with those from time to time.

    I'd say I've been pretty gifted with calves. Mine are about 16.5", I'm 6'3", 185lbs, donkey calve raise 500lbs.
