    Which comes first, back/chest?

    Which should i do before the other. Should I do back the day before chest or the other way @???

    Does it matter? What if my back is lagging more than chest?

    Which is a weaker area for you? Place the weaker area first.

    I'd go with back IMO. It's bigger and needs a day of it's own to fully blast.
