    Good lifting shoes.?.

Looking for some good all around lifting shoes, whether it be nike, adidas, reebok, titan etc... What does everyone use. Looking for something that is not bulky and comfortable, any suggestions?

Well, I use regular Cross Trainers, but I'm thinking of purchasing some Converse Chuck Taylor All Stars. These are the kicks that Dave Tate recommends for squatting.

They have them here at around $30.00, but the styles/colors are a bit whacked.

I wear diesels. They are stylish, comfortable, and great to lift in.

    Pretty much an all-around shoe.

I now lift at home with enough Weider plates to sink a ship, but when I went to the gym I wore Lonsdales and still do because they are flexible but have stiff low heels and they give good support to the sole of the foot. Also I guess it helps to not shorten your calves during deadlifts etc because of the low heels. Man I can sprint fast in those things as well

Adidas is what I got right now. Got 'em at the emp. store cause I've gotta hook. Real comfortable. I also have some asics wrestling shoes. They're flexible with a stiff heel and flat footed too.
