i know people that get away with it, but i am not sure, i couldn't imagine it could make anything better, i tried to research this before, i came back with mixed results and answers. i wouldn't doubt if it could drop your test levels, if you are a mild smoker, probably won't notice, but if you are a marlboro red pack a day guy, probably so imo

Smokers have a lower blood oxygenation level because the carbon monoxide combines irreversibly with the haemoglobin in the RBCs. That means oxygen cannot bind with it and be carried in the blood. So aside from other side effects such as nicotine's effect on the heart, you will fatigue quicker with both normal cardio and weights.

It decreases the amount of oxygen your body can obtain per breath of air (while smoking) and it pumps in free radicals that cause cellular damage as well as cloggin' up your lungs... yeah, it's not good.

Good points! Personally, I think it is amazing to see someone smoking 2 packs a day than going to the gas station and asking for the best oil for their car! The body needs premium sh!t down its intake tubes too - especially while trying to get into phenomenal shape
