i havent done shit for abs in 9 months

but i used to do weighted decline crunches, ball crunches, and leg raises
3 sets of 50, each exercise

oh, and try a 25 or 35 lb weight on the ball, that will rip your shit up, careful tho, its easy to get thrown off that thing with a weight on your chest...you'll look like an idiot, trust me

go down about an inch before your upper back touches the bench then proceed back up

    leg raises work lower abs

ball crunches with a weight im tellin ya work great, ive been nauseus from those before, theyre tricky to get a feel for, but once you do they work great

If you have a work out partner there is nothing better then having him throw 5kg ball at you on the decline bench.

    Whats your rep range?

Gun- You said 50 for all of them? How many times do you hit them a week...

I've been sticking to lower range, and doing more weight with a DB and squeezing 4 sec at the top then going down 3/4 and holding for 4 sec and then repeat...

I can only pull out 15-20 per set man..

cable station weighted crunches. load it up and keep your chin steady and directly under the cable. crunch down like normal and focus on flexing in around and below your belly button. works wonders for me. sets of say 10-15 reps.

Squats, Deads, Goodmornings, flat dumbbell presses etc...
Bulking, I see no need for isolated ab work when my core gets worked plenty during the week.

right now i definatly couldnt do 50 for them, but when i used to work abs 50 reps each set would rip me up, and i'd do that twice/week
