Yep, this has been a very effective fatloss method for me, and in preserving lean mass as well. I am cutting right now, and I typically perform 45mins of cardio in the AM on empty at 65-70% of my MHR.

word, cardio on an empty stomach is the way to go. Even if I decide to do another session later in the day I won't have much food in my stomach. I've also noticed that this helps with overall comfort during cardio, at least with me.
