Comments and advice on training routine ?
hiya bro's, have been setting up a new training scheme, and i must say, i broke my head on it quite a bit
Any comments or advice on it ? thanx
Day1: Bi's / Forearms
Day2: Back / Abs
Day3: off (cardio)
Day4: Chest / Tri's
Day5: Shoulders / Abs
Day6: Legs
Some comments; I thought of doing Back on day two, so my arms will be quite stiff and i wont be able to do cheating on the back-workout.
I also splitted arms-workout because i cant get the max out of doing bi's and tri's on the same day...
More details about excercises and so is coming, i'm working on it right now

I'm with Diesel on this one. Play around with different routines until you find one that makes gains. If and once that routine stalls, your body has adapted and it's time to switch things around a little.
Second notice on the calves unless your including them on leg day.

Doing chest and shoulders so close together never works for me, and I agree with the bicep and back comments. How about shoulders/abs, legs, back/abs, chest/tri, Biceps. Just an idea.

Mon- Chest (abs)
Tues- Back
Wed- bis/tris (abs)
Thurs- Legs (cardio)
Fri - Shoulders (abs)
Sat- off (cardio)
Sun - off (cardio)
