actually can i have clean and jerk, coz thats literally a full body workout in one exercise!
If it was one exercise, it would be squat deadlifts. That is, using the quads as much as possible whilst also using the back as much as possible. Ass close to the floor as you lift off.

That wasn't in the list to choose from but how you've put it there it sounds like a rival for the deadlift, with regards to multiple simultaneous joint movements and contraction of several powerful agonising/antagonising and stablising muscle groups.Quote:

Well It would be tough choice between deads (the lost art) and squats. Both of these work so many body parts but if I had to choose it would have to be deads.. I would just need skin graphs very often on my shins.
