stilling trying to find the fullbody workout ....

I am still looking for a routine , maybe you guys can help. I am trying to incorporate these movements in my rountine:
Squats, Bench Press, Clean jerks, deads, pull ups , bent over rows.

Is this all i need for full bodies ? I want to do 3x a week. I always tend to do more then i need to. I know i can vary reps from day to day but i dont know how to group this and such for day 1, 2 , 3 or do i repeat 3 times a week. I also wind up throwing in extra sets and i think thats a very bad habbit i have. can you guys help ?

OK.....despite my strong urge to skip this post based on your probable lack of of research....I guess I'll not be an a-hole and help you with what I can.
First of all what are your stats? Age, weight, body type, experience lifting, etc.?
If you are gonna do a full body work out 3 times a week you really need to space them out....Monday, Wednesday, Friday for example.
Your exercises look pretty good but what set/rep scheme do you want to use?
Other than that i can't really help until I see your stats

at least he is thinking about doing compound moves which is better than most

i think the liftss u have there are great and not dissimilar to my own...i also train 3 x per week.... i would only train those lifts 1x per week....except i do squats 2xper week...as to sets and reps....it depends on what works best for u....i like low reps...others prefer high

So you are saying dont do bench , bent over rows , clean jerks etc twice a week ? I was planing on hitting these twice a week and stop isolated workouts all together. say something like this.

day1 - flat bench, bent-over rows, squats, lunges

day 3 - deadlift, incline, pull-ups, clean and jerk

    day 5 - repeat day 1

If i did it this way i would repeat flat bench, bent-over rows, squats, lunges which i think if i changed the reps to higher reps i should be ok. Of o can vary some of the lifts i guess.

don't get me wrong theres nothing wrong with doing those 2x per week (execpt the deadlift)...however it all depends on what intensity ur using.....for example i overhead press 2x per week...1 day is heavy, the other is light to medium

    T - Day 1 will be like 3x8 -10
(flat bench, Incline presses (vary with flys), bent-over rows, squats, )

    W - rest

    R - Day 2 the same 3x8 -10
(deadlift, incline, pull-ups, clean and jerk)

    F - rest

sat - i will drop to like 3x12-15
(Bench, BB row, pullups, m-presses, incline presses)

    sun - rest

    Repeat

I wont repeat deads or clean jerks, they are killers.

    What do you think ?
    Sunday i can do HITT
