according to the "diet" you have (5 meals, yes it is too little)
you are too young and can burn shit load of cals, up your meals to 7 pack it with good complex carbs (brown rice, wheat, potatoes...etc) and ofcource animal protein (eggs, poultry, fish, LEAN red meat, easy on dairy).
you'll pack on more lean muscle and stay powerful. through out your training.

you should do this:
meal 1 Pro/Carb
meal 2 Pro/Carb
meal 3 Pro/Fat
meal 4 Pro/Fat
Weight Train
meal 5 Pro/Carb
meal 6 Pro/Carb
meal 7 Pro/Fat

I'm gettin' close to 225lbs 8-9% BF on a 9-10 meal plan: 7 or 8 are Protein/Carbs and 2 are Protein/Fat.
I only cardio 4-5 times/week 30 minutes only. one of the cardio sessions is Soccer for 90 minutes.
So your age, the amount of cardio you are doing, your current stats, and your natural Test. levels says one fvckin thing:
EAT AND TRAIN

Cardio once a day should be plenty unless you have serious endomorphic tendencies.

I see from your workout routine you do biceps the day after you do back. Are your biceps not sore the day after back? My biceps are almost always sore after a good back workout. If I were you I would try to split these two workouts up. For example I do arms on Tue. and back on Fri.
