    Cutting up

I want to start cutting up because of some unwanted weight. I was thinking of doing:

    20 reps
    18 reps
    15 reps

    per set w light weight

Is this good for cutting down? PLease help. This isnt in depth, just an idea! Im also changing my diet and running. Any other tips would be great!!

    thx

When cutting.. your rep range shouldn't change.

Losing bodyfat is determined by expending more calories than you consume.

    This is accomplished by either:

    a. increasing calories burnt tru the addition (or intensification) or aerobic exercises
    b. cutting calories.

    or both in combination.

Training needs to remain heavy to maintain as much muscle as possible.

High reps aren't going to help get you cut.Diet and cardio will.Keep liftin' heavy bro.I'm a believer in that if you switch to high reps for awhile, you'll loose size and strength due to the fact you aren't stressing your muscles the way they are normally used to.

ive personall tried this and it really doenst do anything but make you lose strength and size just like they said, and ive actually tried it(not sayin nark and pinn havent), so id say just stick with diet and cardio as they said and keep liftin heavy and increase the intensity of the workouts by more weight, and shorter breaks
