Heres my current one im looking for something new. Swole and other gurus I could use your help. Remember its off cycle workouts. Hope this forum get some attention.
chest/shoulders/tri
incline dumbel 3 sets
flat bench 3 sets
laterial shoulder raise 3 sets
french press 2 sets
rope push downs 2 sets
dips 2 sets
back/trap/bi
cable row 3 sets
deadlift 2 sets
pull ups 2 sets
barbel shrug 3 sets
standing curl 2 sets
hammer curl 2 sets
I got my legs workout strait. I do what I can and feel is safe since theyve been injured so much. Id like to keep the lifting to 3 days a week thanks.
