    BLOODY AMAZING.

I love the way he has them racked on his legs at the beginning and the way he discards them at the end. Just like anyone else would with 80 or 100 lbs!! I can't imagine the grip strength needed to hold those dbs straight like that.

Cheers S.P.G, keep these vids coming if you've got more!

And at the end when he chucks those 200s down, he says 'watch yourself', because yeh they would hurt if they rolled onto your foot

How good do you think his shoulder joints are after all the years of heavy working out he has done, do you think they are still okay? This is a serious question..

I'm talking about his cartilage, the ligaments, the rotator cuff tendons. Does anyone know if he has ever had surgeries of any sort?

Pretty sure he had those custom made - most gyms won't supply over 120lbs... actually many commercial gyms won't go above 100lbs...

I must be lucky with mine cause it goes to 130lbs. On another note, Coleman is DAMN stong and that's putting lightly.

Very true and most of the time for insurance pusposes as well. Costs the gym more money for insuranec for carrying heavier weights.

There's a Gold's here in CT that has DB's up to 200lbs. Last I looked they needed a good dusting...............
