    10*1 deadlifts or 2*5 deadlifts

    I am curious to what you all think! I personally do 10*1 broken into 2 sets of 5. I lift, put the weight down let go of bar reposition and then lift again. I repeat this for 5 reps then a couple min rest and repeat. I find by doing this I keep a way better spine alignment. I am making gains and strength is definitely up as well.

    this is similar to what i do and it's been going well for me. i say, if you're seeing results, why change? imo

    quite a nuber of ppl do this especially those in the HIT camp

    Yeah I have seen it in a few places but read it mostly through westside barbell. They talk about not being able to keep neutral spine alignment when repping heavy weights.
