    Cardio question..

    Hey, it has been along time since i have done cardio ( Winter bulking ) but i want to run some cardio now, i train 3 days a week... with 1 resting day between.. Im planning on running cardio 2 - 3 times a week.. So im wondering...

    How long time do u guys run at the treadmill ?

    And how tired are u guys after a cardio workout ?

    I dont want the cardio workouts to affect my muscle workouts..

    don't mix the two together that's for sure.

    do AM cardio then go back to the gym in the evening and do weights. that's what i do. AM cardio wakes me up big time too. but only til 3 when i need my nap

    And how tired are u guys after a cardio workout ? Do your cardio on non training days.It's called active recovery.

    I dont want the cardio workouts to affect my muscle workouts..
