Is it enough
I started a new workout, training every other day; chest/bis, quads/hams, shoulders/tris, back/calves. I am only doing 3 drop sets on my big lifts after 3 warm-up sets. I am getting much stronger, but feel like I should be doing more. #1 Bench/incline/dips/curls #2 squats/leg ext/leg curl #3 military/upright rows/side laterals/nose breakers/tri pushdowns #4 pullups/seated rows/lat pulls/standing then seated calf.

That looks good bro I would do a few more excercises for the arms but it looks good

thats more than i do
i dropped to 3 days a week doing 2 or 3 exercises per body part each body part 1 x per week and went from 225 to 243 and got very solid

the old saying works for this workout. "if its not broke dont fix it."
if youre getting the results you want stay with it.
