cutting workout is this good please help ( while on keto)
ok well im on a keto diet and i do this workout is it goof for cutting?.......if it is not can someone help please i wanna get fully cut.
3 sets bench flat-6-6-4
close grip bench-8,8,6
legs-i just squat,leg curl and extensions and leg press
biceps and forearms
behind back( forearms)-10-10-10
shoulder and bak workoout is good

IMO when cutting keep it heavy, basic and intense. Nothing prevents muscle breakdown like deads, heavy goodmornings, squats, bench, bb rows. Try to shock your body as often as possible so it wont have any other choise then to grow. You might also try powerlifting while cutting it has worked great for me, I have droped around 30 pounds since christmas and still packed on muscle mass and strenght from powerlifting.
BTW what work do you do for your back?

wel i do
3 sets of lat pulldown
3 sets of rows
and i do 3 sets of uprite rows
