    AB Lounge ?

Two guys i have talked to at my work said this chair worked great. they lost alot of weight using it. now they aren't into going to the gym or anything just wanted to shed some weight.

My question is would this device help make my abs stand out more. my abs look pretty nice but they just need to be more tighter.

All the crunches in the world won't give you abs unless your bodyfat is low enough. Diet and cardio plus ab work (sure, ab lounge I guess) will give you abs in time.

The ridiculous looking huge piece of crap equipment called the Ab Lounge does nothing different than regular crunches and ab work do.

If you have lard covering your abs, nothing is going to work.
