New To Ar Board, Powerlifting Board Only!

Whats up guys? New to the AR board. Seen there was a powerlifting board and thought i would join. I am a current board memeber on the powerlifting board at elite fitness. I have over 1100 posts there. My stats are:

5'9 1/2
250lbs
800 Sq
620ish bench
high 500's deadlift.

I compete in the 242's and currently hold the Florida State bench press record for the 242 open non tested division.

Locked 635 on the bench in Jan but am having bad shirt problems. Here is a pic of my last bench meet. I believe that is 605 loaded

pork chop and xxx183--- these 2 guys are the ones i told you about last week really know their power lifting and are good bros who are much more knowledgeable than me in pl and will help you guys alot
