    2 a days? Questions or New Work Out

    Questions or New Work Out 2 a days?

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    Im looking for a new work out... I feel that Im getting a good lift in every day but only lift for 45-55 mins a day..Is this to short?

    I work out alone, so I get to move from exercise to excersie...

    Do 2 a days place to much strain on the body?

    I was thinking

    Monday - Chest - Shoulders
    Tuesday Back bis and Tris
    Wends - Legs & Abs Cardio

    Or
    Monday Chest Heavy in the AM -- and Chest Light weight High Reps at night
    Tuesday Back split up basically 4 exercises in the am and 4 at night..
    Wends - Arm Day
    Thurs - Legs- abs and cardio


    OR

    What was your second cycle Routine?

    This thread was started the other day read through alot of info in it

    Two a day workouts. Good idea, or no?

    Working out twice in a day is more for advanced lifters in my opinion. so if youre looking for a new split i could go with:

    mon - chest tri
    tues - back bi
    wed - off
    thurs - legs abs
    fri - shoulders

    i guess it depends whether you like 3 or 4 day styles..

    i think your first suggestion is a bit off because youd be working different muscle groups. normally you want to keep like muscles together ie.. chest, which is the primary lift, and then tri's which are used in a press routine but is the smaller or secondary muscle.

    Mon-Chest AM/PM Tri's/Delts
    Tues-Cardio
    Wednes-Back AM/PM Bi's/Abs
    Thurs-cardio
    Fri-Quads/Hams AM/PM calves/abs
    Sat-OFF
    Sun-Repeat mondays routine

    yeah i saw that... Im starting to think its not such a good idea... to more stick what im currently doing, and have been doing...

    if you have time to fit that into a days work then go for it. if youve never tried it before you might respond quite well
