Thread: Carb drinks

What, if any, carb drinks do you guys use during a workout? I usually just eat before I go to the gym or make a yogurt smoothie with a banana but sometimes I'm really tired from work and it's not enough to keep me going through an entire workout. The other day I was in the gym and my ass was really dragging so I went down to the vending machines and grabbed some kinda carb drink. Whatever it was really saved my workout that day.
