need a good routine while on a bulking diet
I need a good routine while on a new bulking diet. Can someone help? I have hit a plateau, and so I have started a new bulking diet, and now I need a workout routine to go along with it.

Try something completely different from what you are doing. Higher volume, lower volume.....12 to 20 reps with thirty secs between sets. Pumping baby.
Use your imagination. Different order of excersizes. Novel movements. Do it. Do it. Primal screem therapy.

Change around a few things every few weeks 1. order of exercises 2. different/new exercises completely 3. more reps 4. less rest 5. supersetting.
I could go on for days.

Give it time. It take time. One day while looking in the mirror it will be like...bloop, there it is.
