    reduce soreness the day after....damn im sore!!!! i dont even feel like goin to work lol

    Quit being a baby and suck it up, lol thats what i usually do. You gotta love the results! If your sore then your probably doing whatever it was right.

    O and btw, maybe just some tylenol?

    stretching before and after a workout and first thing on a morning can help

    massaging, light cardio the following day, enough sleep, enough protein, etc

    light cardio like flexor said and stretching after your workout help the most for me

    Light cardiovascular exercise will help with recovery. Performing a light resistance day will also speed recovery. Chad Waterbury (strength coach) and the Westside Barbell Club use this technique.

    A little Active Recovery (cardio/ light resistance) and stretching.

    ^^^What papi93 and canadiantiger said. Do light exercises to get some blood into the muscle. Have you not trained in a long time? If you are used to training you should not be geting so sore that you have troubles like this.

    Protein helps a ton, and if your still sore I have some buddies that add a little more glutamine to their regimen and have said that it helps

    PWO and PPWO are most important IMO..i read somewhere that anti-inflammatory's may hinder gains...
