thats what someone was telling me but it dont seem enough effort to do anything, thanks for the reply
Its funny, but its not about effort! It is about where your muscles are getting their fuel from and for how long. You need 45 minutes because the first 20 or so is fuelled by glucose in the blood, and only then will fat burning start. That is assuming you are on an empty stomach also.Quote:
