How do you figure out bf %?

I'm reading over my ACE Book, preparing for the test, but i cannot figure out how to obtain bodyfat with the skinfold measurements... someone help me out please!

Do you mean what sites to take measurements at? I just found this random site it tells you where exactly to take the skinfold measurements. You can even enter them and it will tell you what your bodyfat is.

thats awesome, i know where to take the measurements,but i dont know how todo it myself which i need to do

Didn't your calipers come with an instruction book. I know mine did, not sure if I still have it around but I will take a look and see if I still have it or not.

I didn't see the full instruction book that came with my calipers but I did find the cheat card that came with them. Click on the thumbnails to see full size scans that you can read.
