This is very general, some people have better genetics than others. How big exactly are you talking?
he thinks about 250 - 260 ripped . me i laugh
at what height? I think 6'2" or taller you could get close or hit that naturally with some good genetics.
in what amount of time would u say . and yeh about 6ft 6ft1
before juice i got to 220 lbs abs showing and my arms seemed stuck at 17 1/2 inches. i'm also 6'1
I've a friend who's recently turned pro...
He's been training and competing for 14 years... Of those years he's been natural for 12
I'd have to say yes... the human body can get huge without gear...
It requires a lot of time.. a lot of will.. a lot of knowledge... a lot of work..a lot of variables really.
genetics play the ultimate role in how big someone can get (while keeping a low BF%) IMHO.Quote:

Exactly, and a lot of genetics is hormone levels. Some lucky bastards just get all the luck.Quote:

But yes I believe you can get pretty damn big w/o the use of Androgens. Diet is key is just about any equation.
Genetics are almost everything, but 250-260 shredded? You have to be running something, no ****ing way unless your like 6'2" and up. A human body simply wont get that big cut, regardless of genetics. But when we say ripped, I'm not talking just flat stomach, I'm talking cut up abs, heads on your quads exposed etc.
Also, alot of people are just lying like hell about their use, dont let them fool you.
I woman at 250 ripped? Not even with chemical help... oh wait we're probably talking just men here huh?
Sorry, just feeling a little left out :wg:
yea man genetics and diet are two very very important factors...theres actually a magazine called natural bodybuilding and supposedly everyone in their magazines is screened for drugs and I believe it because no one there is really astounding
Genetics are key, but part of most peoples problem is if they want to become pro, they have to bulk and cut constantly for contests etc. If you got a good diet and training program down early on in your life and werent worried about bf it would be very possible to get huge. If you were to constantly bulk for years at a time you could get huge. A friend of mine is natural and beastly, hes been bulking for about 6 years constantly now, his bf is a little high (16-18%) but he adjusts to stop it getting out of control! The dude is about 6' 240lbs
