    biceps sore in wrong spot?

    When i work out where my forearm connects to my elbow it is ver sore, but my actual bicep isnt. Is this normal, if not how do you correct it??

    That might be your tendens you might have tendenitus!
    Its pretty common!
    Ive had it before!
    You can use a anti flamitory to reduce the inflamtion of the tenden!
    resting also helps!
