What does everyone do to strengthen their lower back. what type of exercise? any input will be helpful thanks..

Yup to Mizfit and Booz.....I certainly have those exercises as my component moves.

deads, weighted hyperextensions, good mornings(gets at the glutes and hams too), supermans, opposite arm/opp leg prone lifts

Louie Simmons - Style Reverse Hyperextensions is an excellent strength builder for the lower back, glutes, and hamstrings.
